TYSONS CORNER — Scott E. Barat has been appointed to serve as managing partner of Pillsbury's Northern Virginia office, located in Tysons Corner. Formerly the head of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee in this office, Scott has been ranked in Chambers USA every year since 2008 for Construction. Scott advises clients involved in all aspects of the construction process, representing owners and contractors in construction transactions involving public and private projects, both in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and throughout the country. He takes over from former managing partner John E. Jensen, who led the office since 2007 and remains as head of Government Contracts and Disputes.
