She represents both public and private, national and international real estate investors in a range of transactions and across a wide range of asset classes, including office, hotel, retail and multifamily projects. Her experience spans all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, from fund formation and ownership structuring, joint ventures and recapitalizations, to development, financing, acquisitions and dispositions, construction and management agreements. She is also highly experienced in advising on public-private partnerships.
In addition, Noa plays an active role in Pillsbury’s Sports Law practice. She advises on a variety of matters involving individual teams, leagues and ownership groups, including control sales, minority interest sales, team acquisitions, financings, stadium development, corporate governance, and leasing and licensing arrangements.
