Pillsbury Intellectual Property partner Pat Jennings has extensive experience in every aspect of trademark law, providing counsel that is both seasoned and practical.

Pat represents clients in a wide range of industries, from banking, beverages, chemicals and cosmetics to fashion, communications, transportation, nonprofit organizations, pharmaceuticals and technology. His practice encompasses trademark counseling, clearance, prosecution, portfolio maintenance and management, due diligence, enforcement, domain name disputes, licensing, and oppositions and cancellations. Before joining Pillsbury, Pat was a trademark examining lawyer at the USPTO.
