Associate

Mr. Levin is an associate in Pillsbury's Real Estate Section. His practice includes all aspects of real estate transactions including development, acquisition, joint ventures, mixed-use projects and land use entitlements. Mr. Levin represents owners, developers, and general contractors on a range of construction projects including design-build agreements and public-private partnership transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Levin worked for Edgemoor Real Estate Services, a division of the Clark Construction Group, focusing on real estate development, public-private partnership financing, permit management and pro forma modeling.

Mr. Levin is a LEED Green Associate through the U.S. Green Building Council's certification program.  He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the San Francisco Urban Planning Association (SPUR).
