New Version of FCC Form 398 for First Quarter Children's Television Programming Reports Now Available
The newly revised FCC Form 398 is now available on the FCC’s website. The completed form should be filed with the FCC no later than between June 1 – 10, 2007, covering the period January 1 – March 31, 2007. The FCC had previously postponed the filing deadline for the first 2007 calendar quarter Children’s Television Programming Reports due to the delay in revising and obtaining clearance for this newly revised form.
