Mr. Kumar, a consultant in Pillsbury's litigation group, concentrates his practice on handling domestic and international commercial arbitration proceedings, including arbitration under International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), American Arbitration Association (AAA) and other alternative dispute resolution techniques like mediation and conciliation.
