Richard L. Blaylock
|
Mr. Blaylock’s technology practice assists established and emerging technology clients in the areas of intellectual property litigation and corporate transactional counseling for licensing, mergers and acquisitions, collaboration agreements and corporate financing.
Mr. Blaylock is well versed in a wide array of technologies including those germane to the chemical, pharmaceutical, biological, novel materials and pollution control industries.
He is experienced in the development of pharmaceuticals, biologics and medical devices, intellectual property asset management, patent validity and infringement analyses, Hatch-Waxman generic drug litigation, as well as trademark, trade secrets and unfair competition disputes.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Blaylock held a National Science Foundation Fellowship in Chemistry at the California Institute of Technology, where he conducted biochemical and spectroscopic research concerning cell membrane transport proteins.
