A partner in Pillsbury’s Intellectual Property practice, Robert Bedgood has more than 20 years of experience in IP law bolstered by an expansive background in scientific research.

Robert has widespread experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. He provides nonprofit, startup and large multinational companies strategic IP counseling and management, and has developed successful strategies in the U.S. and in foreign jurisdictions leading to broad, commercially meaningful patents in immunology, molecular biology and pharmacology. He also has extensive experience in evaluating life science technology and performing transactional due diligence for companies and investors, including product clearance, patentability and validity analyses and opinions.
