As a consultant, Roger helps clients develop improved delivery models and leverage supplier-based solutions for sophisticated technology, business process and BPaaS projects. Experienced in all phases of the outsourcing cycle, including strategy and RFP development, proposal evaluation, supplier selection and vendor management, Roger provides targeted advice squarely focused on clients’ business goals.
