Consulting Principal

Mr. Roy is a Consulting Principal in Pillsbury's Global Sourcing group. He is not an attorney. Mr. Roy helps our clients maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their information technology and other functional support organizations by architecting improved delivery models and leveraging supplier-based solutions. He regularly leads clients through large-scale outsourcing projects from RFP development through proposal evaluation and supplier selection as well as supporting contract negotiations where he focuses primarily on scope, solution, performance and pricing. Mr. Roy has provided extensive hands-on support to clients who are preparing for and managing outsourcing relationships including assisting clients in renegotiating or terminating troubled relationships. Prior to joining Pillsbury, Mr. Roy spent more than 14 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young in the Audit, Litigation and Financial Services Consulting practices. Drawing on over 25 years experience in finance, audit, business process re-engineering and outsourcing, Mr. Roy provides targeted advice and leadership to conceive and implement projects that are squarely focused on achieving the client's business goals and strategies.
