A strong advocate of airline “open skies” and a leader in the global discussion over airline traffic rights and international routes, Josh advises airlines from around the world on licensing and traffic rights for U.S. operations; corporate, commercial, joint ventures, alliances and disputes; ACMI and wet leasing; passenger protection rules and other U.S. legal matters.
