Rosa Walker has 25 years of experience working in administrative and management-level roles with large U.S. law firms. She has a strong background in human resources management and currently serves as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.

As Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Rosa collaborates with the various affinity and ERG networks, the firm’s executive team, department directors, lawyers and staff across the firm's global presence to continuously build and strengthen the firmwide mission of improving diversity and inclusion within the firm.
