    Roxane Polidora is the firmwide leader of the law firm’s Antitrust & Competition practice and is located in the San Francisco office. She is also the past Chair of the State Bar of California's Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Section.

    Ms. Polidora handles significant antitrust, unfair competition, and commercial litigation in California state courts and federal courts across the country. Ms. Polidora has tried cases before juries, judges, and administrative tribunals. She has extensive experience handling antitrust and unfair competition class action lawsuits, including complex multi-district litigation. She also has significant experience handling district attorney and state attorney general antitrust and unfair competition investigations and litigation.

    Throughout her career, Ms. Polidora has handled litigation matters for corporate clients in a wide variety of industries, including oil and gas and other energy sectors, health care, telecommunications, electronics, retail, hospitality, technology, banking and manufacturing. The claims alleged in these cases encompass antitrust, unfair competition, fraud, business torts, consumer protection statutes, including consumer class actions relating to the recording of telephone calls, false advertising and trade secrets violations.

    Significant trials handled by Ms. Polidora include: a three-month federal jury trial involving an alleged antitrust conspiracy to allocate geographic markets in the oil industry; a fraud and political misconduct jury trial; and a bribery and fraud court trial. Ms. Polidora participated in a significant antitrust and theft of technology case that resulted in a seminal appellate decision. Ms. Polidora tried numerous criminal cases while “on loan” from the firm as a Deputy District Attorney in Santa Clara County. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Polidora tried federal court criminal trials for the U. S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of California, Criminal Division.
