Pillsbury’s West Coast Offices Take Over 14th Spot in M&A League Tables
According to mergermarket’s M&A League Tables for North America, 2009 M&A activity finished on a positive note, thanks in large part to a robust fourth quarter. Pillsbury’s West Coast offices had an especially productive year, moving up in the West Coast Legal Advisors rankings to 14th position based on volume from 23rd position in 2008. The 2009 year-end tally showed that Pillsbury completed 26 deals valued at more than $6.5 million.

Pillsbury Earns Top Corporate Giving Award
The San Francisco Business Times has named Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman to its list of Top Corporate Giving Programs in the Bay Area for 2006. The firm was honored for its charitable giving efforts over the past year. The Business Times will present the award at a breakfast forum on July 20 at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco.
