Semma G. Arzapalo
|
Ms. Arzapalo is counsel with our Corporate & Securities practice at Pillsbury. A significant aspect of Ms. Arzapalo's practice involves representing large institutional investors, including fund of funds, in numerous private equity transactions ranging from initial due diligence to investing in complex limited partnerships. As a part of her private equity practice, Ms. Arzapalo also represents institutional investors in negotiating investment terms in private equity and hedge fund investments, in restructuring private equity investments and real estate investments, and in portfolio transactions. Ms. Arzapalo's corporate and transaction practice includes advising clients on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
While in law school, Ms. Arzapalo was a judicial extern to the Honorable Marc L. Goldman, U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and served as the vice chair of the Latino Law Students Association.
Ms. Arzapalo serves on the firm's Recruitment Committee and serves on the firm's Associate Development Committee.
