Valerie Fitch

Ms. Fitch is Pillsbury's Senior Director of Talent Development. Prior to her involvement in professional development, she was a practicing litigator at the firm. She has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School since 1991, currently teaching Fundamentals of Legal Drafting.
In her current role, Ms. Fitch is responsible for the development and execution of strategies for attracting, retaining, training, motivating and advancing Pillsbury attorneys. She coordinates and gives guidance to the Talent Development Partners in each practice section, and serves ex officio on the following committees: On-Campus Recruiting, Partner Hiring & Integration, Attorney Development, Pro Bono, Diversity and the Board’s Task Force on the Retention of Women Attorneys.
Ms. Fitch is a past Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the New York City Bar Association, a member of the Professional Development Consortium and a Director of the Alumni Association of Brooklyn Law School.
