Will Miller adeptly guides clients through all stages of a dispute, from initial claims and negotiations, through discovery, trial, and appeal.

Will represents clients in a variety of complex commercial matters in both federal and state courts, with substantive experience in insurance coverage, construction, real estate, stockholder, and government contract disputes. He has litigated a number of cases through trial, and also advises clients concerning insurance and risk management issues that arise outside of litigation. Will is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice, litigating matters ranging from child custody and domestic violence disputes to a civil rights case on behalf of a transgender student.

Representative Experience

Member of Pillsbury trial team that, in partnership with Lambda Legal, successfully represented a transgender student contesting his schools’ restroom use policy in a bench trial in federal court.
Prevailed on summary judgment in defense of government contractor in workshare dispute.
Advising builder on insurance coverage for numerous water intrusion claims in Florida residential developments.
