Successfully represented contractor in multi-million dollar international arbitration in Hong Kong; obtained a pre-trial settlement valued at 91% of client's claim.


Successfully defended client against a proposed DCAA disallowance exceeding $100M; settled matter for less than 1% of the Government's claim.
