Kevin Ashe focuses his practice on environmental issues that include climate change and adaptation measures, air quality permitting, hazardous waste management, and environmental impact review under CEQA.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Kevin was a law clerk at the California Public Utilities Commission, aiding Administrative Law Judges in cases pertaining to water rate structures, California’s Renewables Portfolio Standard, and the 2010 San Bruno pipeline explosion. He also served as an extern for the California Attorney General in the Natural Resources Law section, and served as a law clerk at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, regularly appearing in court on behalf of indigent defendants for arraignments and preliminary hearings.
