He represents and counsels U.S. and international governmental units, equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, public utilities, institutional investors, investment bankers, credit enhancement providers, lenders, administrative agents and indenture trustees. Before joining Pillsbury, Peter was a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP in New York and was the resident U.S. partner in Dewey & LeBoeuf's Johannesburg, South Africa, office from 2008–2009.
Represents numerous underwriters in connection with tax-exempt bond financings for corporate borrowers and local governments throughout the United States.
Advises financial institutions and borrowers throughout Latin America in connection with capital markets and lending transactions.
Counsels financial institutions and other creditors in connection with insolvencies and restructurings for corporate borrowers in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico.
