Anthony B. Cavender, Senior Counsel of Pillsbury’s Environmental, Land Use and Natural Resources practice, will be the keynote speaker during the AIEA’s September meeting. Mr. Cavender will provide a review of the Supreme Court’s last term along with what to look for in the upcoming term. Additionally, he will speak to the meaning of “gross negligence” after Judge Barbier’s recent ruling in the BP case.
