The protections of the attorney-client privilege and work product have the potential to be implicated for every document an attorney creates, as well as certain types of documents created by non-lawyers, yet the scope of these protections is often misunderstood. That is especially true as it relates to in-house attorneys, whose communications generally involve both business and legal aspects, and for practitioners outside the United States, where the law of privilege is often much less robust.
This webinar will address these privilege issues as they apply to corporate counsel, with a particular focus on legal departments having an active Intellectual Property law practice.
