Lynn Soukup focuses her practice on complex financing transactions, including secured lending, sports finance and default and insolvency-related matters.

Ms. Soukup is a nationally recognized authority on the Uniform Commercial Code’s impact on financing transactions and legal opinions. She has presented many programs for the American Bar Association, PLI and other organizations on secured transactions and related legal opinion issues. Ms. Soukup served as chair of the ABA Business Law Section’s 2,000-member Commercial Finance Committee from 2007 – 2010 and has served on a number of taskforces and working groups related to finance transactions.
