Published by Intellectual Asset Management magazine, the IAM Patent 1000 was compiled following five months of research involving 1,500 interviews conducted with attorneys at law, patent attorneys and in-house counsel to gather market intelligence on the leading players in the field. Only those individuals identified by market sources for their exceptional skill sets and profound insights into patent litigation were featured in the guide. IAM also identified the leading law firms in the market. Firms qualified for a listing on the basis of their depth of expertise, market presence and the level of work on which they are typically engaged.
