Pillsbury Corporate partner Steve Wurzburg is a trusted adviser to emerging growth and large corporations, guiding clients from formation through transformative, multimillion-dollar financings, M&A’s, and IP and IPO transactions.

Steve represents many high-tech and consumer product companies that develop, manufacture, or distribute computer hardware and software, cannabis, telecommunications, chemical, and solar energy products and have Software as a Service (SaaS) and App offerings. Experienced in corporation, LLC, partnership, securities, antitrust, tax, UCC and international law, he serves as outside counsel to small companies and partners with larger clients’ in-house counsel. Steve handles entity formation, financing and stock liquidity matters; selling and licensing products and services; protecting and monetizing IP assets; executive and employee compensation; and director/shareholder relations issues.

Representative Experience

  • Advised Vobile Group Limited on various corporate and commercial transaction matters since formation, including its IPO/listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and its convertible bond offering.
  • Represented DispatchTrack, LLC on various corporate and licensing matters from inception, including its $144 million minority interest private equity transaction with Spectrum.
  • Counseled Taulia Inc. through various stages of the company’s growth, starting with its founders’ agreement through seven rounds of venture capital/strategic partner financing that raised over $200 million.
