Steve represents numerous private and publicly held businesses in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, divestitures, joint ventures, international and domestic licensing and distribution agreements, venture capital financings, public and private securities offerings, “going private” transactions and financial restructurings.
