Ms. Baum has a 30-year track record of success representing clients in a wide range of business litigation matters in the state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. In addition to corporate commercial litigation, Ms. Baum has significant experience in complex real estate-related disputes, trusts and estates litigation, lender liability cases, health care litigation, zoning appeals and constitutional litigation. In the last several years alone, she has secured a 7-0 record in cases tried to successful conclusion before various courts and arbitral tribunals. Ms. Baum also serves as a member of the firm's Board and was elected, and currently serves, as the Board’s Lead Director.
