Debby Baum is a partner in the law firm's Litigation practice and is located in the Washington, DC office. She has a 30-year track record of success representing clients in a wide range of business litigation matters in the state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. In addition to corporate commercial litigation, Ms. Baum has significant experience in complex real estate-related disputes, trusts and estates litigation, lender liability cases, health care litigation, zoning appeals and constitutional litigation. In the last several years alone, she has secured a 7-0 record in cases tried to successful conclusion before various courts and arbitral tribunals.

Ms. Baum is currently the Chair of Pillsbury’s Litigation Department, which includes more than 220 lawyers globally. She served as a member of the law firm's Board for two terms, from 2008-2014, and was elected as the Board's Lead Director in her final term, from 2012 to 2014.
