Lindsey Livingston is a partner in the law firm’s Corporate practice, where she focuses on matters including mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, corporate governance and private equity and venture capital transactions.
Prior to joining Pillsbury, Lindsey worked as a legal intern in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she conducted legal research and aided staff in investigations of potential securities laws violations. Prior to her legal career, Lindsey worked as a senior financial analyst in the Enterprise Risk Management department at Motorola and Motorola Mobility.
