Pillsbury advised FLX Networks, a technology platform revolutionizing the engagement between asset and wealth management firms, in a $10 million growth equity financing round—now valuing the company at approximately $50 million.

The financing round was led by global investment manager Barings with additional participation from Allianz Life Ventures and Broadridge Financial Solutions.
