As a member of the Real Estate group, Jessica regularly advises clients on the acquisition, development and leasing for a wide variety of projects. She has an extensive array of experience representing developers, borrowers, real estate investment trusts and both commercial landlords and tenants.
Representative Experience
- Representation of developers in mixed-use projects, including in connection with the development, construction financing and equity placement of a $2 billion waterfront project in Washington, DC.
- Acquiring long-term ground leases from government entities and related aspects of the development and disposition of public property to private ownership
- Assistance in numerous acquisitions and dispositions, including retail portfolios for a real estate investment trust and office and industrial holdings
