    Michael T. Reese is a partner in Pillsbury's Finance practice in New York and represents developers, lenders and investors in capital intensive energy projects, with an emphasis on power and renewables. He is a co-leader of the Energy & Infrastructure Projects team and the leader of the Water Resources Focus Team. His practice focuses on the energy and infrastructure sectors, including the development and financing of power generation (conventional, renewable and nuclear), electric transmission, water and other infrastructure projects. He is experienced in every stage of project life from joint venture formation and project development, to financing and acquisition/divestiture. He also represents parties in corporate financings in energy and related industries. He has experience representing sponsors/developers, financial institutions, investors, utilities and government agencies in complex financing transactions and securities offerings all over the world.
