Stephen S. Asay
Associate

Mr. Asay is an associate in Pillsbury’s Litigation group. He has experience working in a variety of areas, including complex commercial litigation, employment, insurance, internal investigations, whistleblower allegations, and white collar defense. Mr. Asay is also a member of the Social Media & Games team, with a particular focus on the convergence of social media and employment issues.

While in law school, Mr. Asay worked as a Dean’s Fellow in The George Washington University Law School’s Legal Research and Writing Program, teaching research skills, citations, writing structure, and oral advocacy. He also served as a mentor with Lambda Law, Magister of Phi Delta Phi’s John Marshall Inn, and Vice President of Finance for the Student Bar Association.

Mr. Asay is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland only. He is not admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
