Stephen S. Asay

Stephen Asay is an associate in the law firm’s Litigation practice and is located in the Washington, DC office. He has experience working in a variety of areas, including complex commercial litigation, employment, insurance, internal investigations, whistleblower allegations, and white collar defense. Mr. Asay is also a member of the Social Media & Games team, with a particular focus on the convergence of social media and employment issues.

While in law school, Mr. Asay worked as a Dean’s Fellow in The George Washington University Law School’s Legal Research and Writing Program, teaching research skills, citations, writing structure, and oral advocacy. He also served as a mentor with Lambda Law, Magister of Phi Delta Phi’s John Marshall Inn, and Vice President of Finance for the Student Bar Association.
