Adam Marcu focuses his practice on commercial litigation in the financial industry, representing major banks and investment funds in complex contract disputes.

Known for his excellent communication skills, both in the litigation context and with clients, Adam has worked on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in the aerospace, financial services, and medical services industries. He also represents clients in civil enforcement and criminal actions brought by government agencies. Adam represents clients at all stages of litigation.

Adam serves on Pillsbury’s Pro Bono Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice, representing Special Immigrant Juveniles in family court and immigration court proceedings.

During law school, Adam interned with the non-profit organization, Lawyers for Children, where he represented children in New York’s foster care system in family court. Adam was also a member of NYU’s Civil Litigation Employment Law Clinic.
