Ahmed Abdel-Rahman focuses on intellectual property matters—particularly patent litigations from pre-suit investigations through Markman, trial and appeal for clients in the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical devices, and chemical fields.
As an Intellectual Property Litigation senior associate, Ahmed has worked on a wide variety of Intellectual Property matters, with a focus on patent litigation before several U.S. District Courts. Ahmed also has experience in providing counseling to medical device, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical clients relating to patent infringement and validity.
Prior to joining the firm, Ahmed was an associate at a DC firm where he helped both Fortune 500 and small startup companies assert and defend their various intellectual property rights.

Obtained favorable damages award, including attorneys fees, on behalf of client in patent infringement action involving curcuminoids.
