Alana Lyman focuses her practice on insolvency and restructuring matters.

Alana has experience assisting in all aspects of complex litigation and bankruptcy proceedings, including discovery, motions, mediation, trial and appeals.

During law school, Alana externed for the Honorable Elizabeth S. Stong in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York, served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William J. Giacomo in New York State Supreme Court, Westchester County, and also served as a law clerk in various civil litigation firms.  Additionally, Alana was an Associate Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal
