Alexander focuses his practice on all stages of complex commercial litigation, from case inception to appeal.

Alexander has experience handling contract disputes, partnership disputes, fraud claims, discrimination claims, and other complex commercial matters. He has represented various clients, including city governments, corporations, and individuals and has experience in all stages of litigation, ranging from discovery through to appeal in both state and federal courts.

  • Successfully obtained complete dismissal of breach of contract claims in favor of leading agricultural client.
  • Assisted trial team achieve complete dismissal of breach of contract claims asserted by a multibillion-dollar publicly traded marketing and events company against leading winter sports trade show companies.
