Alexander Graham focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including capital markets, venture capital financings,  mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Alexander was an associate at a San Diego office of an international law firm.

Professional Highlights

During law school, Alexander served as Articles Editor for the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review. He also participated in the Michigan Law School Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to low-income taxpayers to help them resolve issues with the Internal Revenue Service.
