Alexandra Trahan focuses her practice on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing of real estate assets.

Alexandra supports clients in the structuring of sophisticated transactions for office, multifamily and industrial developments. She contributes to the preparation and review of key documents throughout the transaction, such as purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, lease agreements and title surveys.
