Alexis is an associate who advises clients on a broad range of government contracts issues, including bid protests, mergers and acquisitions, compliance obligations and contract claims. With prior experience at both the General Services Administration and the Transportation Security Administration, Alexis brings relevant insight into federal procurement operations and regulatory frameworks.

Representative Experience

  • Successfully represented TekSynap Corporation in GAO bid protests of the State Department’s $10 billion Evolve IT services contract, securing contract awards under two functional categories.
  • Represented numerous government contractors and investors in M&A transactions, advising on government contract compliance, negotiations, and deal execution for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments across the defense and technology sectors.
  • Represents both protestors and intervenors in bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Government Accountability Office.
