Andrew Gibson provides clients a full spectrum of litigation services. Informed by each client’s preferences and circumstances, these services include discovery optimization, technology-assisted document review, deposition preparation, data preservation and document production.

Andrew represents clients across Pillsbury’s practice groups, with specific experience in insurance recovery, anti-trust, financial industry regulation, intellectual property defense, and environmental litigation. He also manages responses to subpoenas from various federal regulatory agencies, including the SEC, FAA, OFAC, DOJ and EPA.

Within his eDiscovery practice, Andrew deploys intuitive search queries, predictive coding, customized workflows, bulk data management and custodian-specific analysis. Taken together, these tools allow significant efficiencies and cost reductions for the client’s litigation matters. He also manages large-scale document review teams to support matters that result in significant volumes of unique records.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Andrew received transactional experience with the integration team of a nationwide hospital operating company. On this multidisciplinary team, he provided support for the operational integration of twelve health system transactions, including two in excess of $1 billion. Working from the finalization of transactional agreements until six months post close, he received significant experience in fraud and abuse due diligence, contractual matters, physician group governance, compliance oversight, and state practice of medicine laws.
