- Trial counsel for company sued for more than $50 million in alleged environmental cleanup costs. Plaintiffs’ claims against client were premised on corporate alter ego and successor liability theories. Judgment for client following four-week trial in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.
- Represented prominent technology company in putative pixel-tracking class action; obtained voluntary dismissal of entire suit one week after authoring and filing motion to transfer venue challenging plaintiff’s counsel’s forum shopping activities.
- Represent data management company in employment dispute, including driving case strategy, taking and defending numerous fact, corporate witness and expert depositions, drafting motions in limine, crafting jury instructions and preparing the case for trial.

- Represented university in mask manufacturing dispute, including obtaining reversal of trial court’s denial of motion to quash service of summons.
- Represented semiconductor materials company in patent licensing dispute, including drafting complex filings and successfully obtaining reconsideration of court’s order resulting in protection of client’s trade secrets.
- Represented leading technology company in renewable energy purchasing dispute, including successfully enforcing forum selection clause through motion practice to avoid forum shopping by the plaintiffs.
- Managed West Coast litigation docket for national food distribution company, including managing active matters across different jurisdictions, handling all phases of discovery and negotiating favorable settlements.
