Ange Christiani focuses her practice on intellectual property and construction and infrastructure litigation.
Ange has represented a wide range of clients from global pharmaceutical companies to financial software companies in federal courts throughout the country. She has litigated cases in the areas of patent and trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation. A significant portion of Ange’s practice also involves representing clients in a variety of disputes surrounding defects on, and delays of, large-scale construction projects.
Prior to her legal career, Ange was a structural engineer and continues to maintain her professional engineering license.
Representative Experience
- Represents owner-developer against contractor and engineer in connection with recovery of losses resulting from damage of construction of reinforced concrete frame high-rise residential building in San Francisco.
- Represents contractor in dispute against homeowner’s association in connection with renovations to Washington, DC, historic-landmark residential building.
- Represented brand-name pharmaceutical company in ANDA litigation against five generic pharmaceutical companies relating to patent infringement of revolutionary prostate-cancer drug.

- Represented medical device company against infringer in a multiple patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation suit relating to spinal cord stimulation technology, resulting in $20 million jury award.
