Her experience includes construction financings, ground lease and development transactions, acquisitions, leasing and asset management matters across a range of property types, with a growing focus on hospitality and mixed-use projects. Anna helps clients identify transaction issues early and navigate matters efficiently, from diligence through closing.

Representative Experience

  • Represented hotel owners/borrowers in refinancings totaling more than $300 million, advising on loan documentation and ground lease due diligence and coordinating the transactions through closing.
  • Represents Fannie Mae on asset management and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) matters across its multifamily loan portfolio, including reviewing disposition documents, conducting environmental and property management due diligence, handling easements and partial releases, and advising on land use agreements to ensure compliance with the Fannie Mae Asset Management Guide.
  • Advised real estate owners on distressed asset strategies, including analyzing workout alternatives and conducting cost-benefit analyses, as well as drafting deed-in-lieu documentation, performing disposition due diligence, and preparing and coordinating closing documentation for a deed-in-lieu transaction.
