Aryeh is the head of Pillsbury’s Miami Litigation practice. He is a commanding trial lawyer and skillful litigator who provides his clients with bespoke representation to strategically obtain results in high-stakes and complex disputes.

Aryeh has served as lead trial counsel in more than 30 trials to verdict in a variety of contexts, ranging from prosecuting large consumer class action lawsuits to defending Fortune 100 companies.

Aryeh has extensive experience, having served as global coordinating counsel, lead trial counsel and outside counsel, advising clients, including sovereigns, financial institutions, products manufacturers and individuals within the United States and in foreign jurisdictions alike. 

Aryeh began his career as a prosecutor with the Office of the State Attorney for the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami, Florida.

  • In Re General Motors LLC Ignition Switch Litigation, co-chaired the trial of product liability MDL case in the Southern District of New York.
  • Defended tobacco company in Engle-progeny lawsuits in Florida. Participated in all facets of defense, from fact development through trial.
  • Represented a major manufacturer in defending against multiple matters arising from property damage in high-stakes product liability litigation.
  • Co-chaired a team investigating and litigating Qui Tam Action (False Claims Act suit) against top tier university medical institution. The case concluded successfully and to the client’s satisfaction.
