Audrey Lo is a special counsel in the firm’s intellectual property practice with a background in computer science and biotechnology.

Audrey’s practice is focused on patent litigation, IP due diligence and pre-litigation counseling. Her responsibilities have covered all phases of litigation including discovery, claim construction, expert reports, dispositive motion practice, and trial practice. Her experience consists of a variety of technology areas, including network security, content delivery networks, home security, geolocation, database software, medical instrumentation, mobile devices, and automotive. Audrey has represented clients in patent venues such as the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the Northern and Central Districts of California, the District of Delaware, the Northern District of Illinois, and the District of Massachusetts, as well as the International Trade Commission.
