Brandon Howell’s practice focuses on all aspects of patent litigation, patent counseling and patent prosecution.

Brandon assists clients with all aspects of intellectual property with a focus on patent litigation, patent prosecution and trade secret matters. Brandon is involved in all phases of litigation including infringement analysis, claim construction and post-trial motions. Brandon’s prosecution work focuses on providing patentability opinions, drafting applications, and responding to office actions concerning mechanical, electrical, software and financial based technologies.
