Representative Experience
- Representing the Government of Mexico in several investor-state arbitrations arising from investment treaties.
- Representing a Chinese tourism company in a $50 million arbitration in an ad hoc/HKIAC Rules arbitration against an investment management group.
- Representing Foster Wheeler in annulment proceedings in an ICSID arbitration against Colombia (ICSID Case No. ARB/19/34) for violations of the United States-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement, arising from a construction project in Colombia.
