Conflicting Court Rulings on Subchapter V Eligibility Leave Small Businesses in Limbo
Two recent bankruptcy court decisions reflect a split of authority on subchapter V eligibility.
Caroline’s experience working for the bankruptcy court and representing clients has given her a unique insight into what makes a successful litigation.
Caroline has experience in adversary proceedings and bankruptcy proceedings, including various chapter 11 cases, the representation of creditors’ committees, discovery, appeals and chapter 15 matters. Her experience also includes representing creditors in single asset real estate cases. Prior to joining Pillsbury, Caroline clerked for the Hon. Elizabeth S. Stong in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
