Cecilia Pilar de Armas focuses her practice on debt finance matters, representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured facilities across a range of industries. She has experience with secured revolving and term loan facilities, acquisition financings and project financings, and works closely with the firm’s Bank and Leveraged Finance and Aviation Finance practices. Cecilia has experience across the full lifecycle of financing transactions, from structuring and negotiation through execution, including syndicated and bilateral lending transactions, as well as amendments, refinancings and restructurings of existing credit facilities.
Cecilia is not yet admitted to practice law. She has passed the bar exams in New York and Florida, and her applications for admission are pending.
Representative Experience
- Represented Mashura, a leading inventory intelligence platform in healthcare, in establishing a $300 million strategic partnership with a newly formed financing vehicle sponsored by Warburg Pincus.
- Represented a middle market private equity and debt group in regard to credit facilities of a number of its portfolio companies in the consumer lending, home furnishings and imaging industries.
