Cecilia Pilar de Armas focuses her practice on debt finance matters, representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured facilities across a range of industries.

Cecilia has experience with secured revolving and term loan facilities, acquisition financings and project financings, and works closely with the firm’s Bank and Leveraged Finance and Aviation Finance practices. She has experience across the full lifecycle of financing transactions, from structuring and negotiation through execution, including syndicated and bilateral lending transactions, as well as amendments, refinancings and restructurings of existing credit facilities.

Representative Experience

  • Represented Mashura, a leading inventory intelligence platform in healthcare, in establishing a $300 million strategic partnership with a newly formed financing vehicle sponsored by Warburg Pincus.
  • Represented the lender in connection with a senior secured term loan credit facility for a fintech company and its subsidiaries, including multiple borrower entities, secured by a first-priority lien on substantially all assets and supported by a comprehensive guaranty package, with proceeds used to refinance existing indebtedness and finance strategic acquisitions.
  • Represented a middle market private equity and debt group in regard to credit facilities of a number of its portfolio companies in the consumer lending, home furnishings and imaging industries.
