Chad represents clients across the firm’s practice groups in class action litigation, white-collar criminal defense, regulatory investigations, insurance recovery and intellectual property disputes. He designs review workflows, deploys technology-assisted review and analytics, prepares privilege logs, and manages productions under negotiated ESI protocols. He has directed teams of more than 60 attorneys through multi-year, document-intensive matters, including Department of Justice investigations where government deadlines leave little margin for error. He is fluent in both the legal and technical sides of discovery, spotting problems early and translating technical questions into guidance case teams can act on.

Across these matters, Chad’s aim is the same: Give the case team an accurate picture of the record early enough to shape strategy rather than react to it.
