Recently, Charlie advised prominent publicly traded REITs on $500 million and $350 million public debt offerings, a publicly traded technology company on an over $400 million secondary public offering, and a publicly traded technology company on its over $100 million offering in connection with the acquisition of a supplier. Charlie has also recently counseled public companies regarding compliance obligations on the suite of recent SEC rulemakings that affect public company corporate governance, including insider trading and executive compensation clawback policies.
